TECO s.r.l., through the adoption of the UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System, aims to benefit all interested parties, in particular:

  • Customers, who will be able to obtain products compliant with their needs and specified requirements.
  • Internal employees, through better working conditions, greater job satisfaction, improved safety, greater motivation, and greater employment stability.
  • Ownership, through improved operational results and expansion of market segment.
  • Suppliers, through stability in relationships and mutual growth.
  • Society, through compliance with legislative requirements.

In particular, the main objectives that Management intends to pursue are:

  1. Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  2. Increasing sales volumes through appropriate commercial strategies (contacts and periodic visits to existing and potential customers);
  3. Reducing the costs of non-quality caused by defects in supplied products through appropriate quality control plans;
  4. Improving the effectiveness of quotation activities;
  5. Improving the effectiveness of processes through the analysis of detected non-conformities;
  6. Improving the efficiency of primary processes through analysis of achieved results and improvement actions;
  7. Ensuring the necessary skills of employees through the implementation of training programs;
  8. Searching for and selecting suppliers that best meet our needs regarding product and service quality standards and consolidating relationships to increase the use of outsourcing.

To achieve these objectives, Management undertakes to:

  • provide the necessary resources, both economic/technical and personal/professional, so that the company policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the organization;
  • implement a continuous process of analysis of the internal and external context in light of the expectations of interested parties;
  • implement a continuous training process for human resources in order to provide competent and qualified professional figures and involve functions in achieving the set objectives, with a view to Continuous Improvement;
  • grant the necessary authority to the Quality Management System Manager in order to ensure the proper management of the System itself;
  • promote a process approach based on the principle of risk-based thinking;
  • review its Quality System at least once a year: based on the results obtained, Management evaluates its adequacy and effectiveness; consequently, new objectives and the resources necessary to achieve them may be defined.
